Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine

Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used as healing modules for thousands of years. They are especially effective for cases of stress and pain, stress covers a huge area, ranging from stomach problems and headaches to infertility and insomnia. On their own they are excellent but when combined they make a near perfect partnership, the addition of massage enhances both of them.
Simon has been practicing herbal medicine and massage since 1994 and acupuncture since 2004. The herbs used are sourced organic where possible and many are grown locally, they are dispensed as either teas, tinctures or capsules.
He is also a Platinum cup award winning massage therapist, which he won using his combined stick and elbow deep tissue technique. He was also put forward for the Tattler Massage therapist awards here in Ireland.
